President, Randy Richards, holds a degree in Structural Engineering and is a licensed State Certified General Contractor in Florida, Tennessee and Virginia. Randy has managed some of the largest projects in Naples and is known for his integrity, relationships and knowledge of building envelope science and the industry as a whole.

Vice President, Vicki Richards, brings over 30 years of experience in Naples specializing in construction administration, permitting, design, project management and accounting for all types of projects including estate homes, luxury single and multi-family developments and complex marine projects. Vicki is the secondary qualifier for the company with a State Certified Residential Contractor license.
