CGC038553 Randy holds a degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Tennessee and Certified General Contractor licenses in Florida, Virginia and Tennessee. He has 50+ years of building experience and specializes in luxury beachfront estate home building and managing large development projects. He is dedicated to the art of design and the science of home building and helping others learn more about it. Randy has successfully managed many $5m to $40m custom estate home projects and large residential developments for some of Naples most reputable developers and luxury building companies within our most desirable communities in Naples such as, Port Royal, Olde Naples, Pelican Bay and Bay Colony. Like many of the top company leaders in Naples have done, Randy started his own business, Richards and Martin, Inc. Randy teams in life and business with his wife Vicki who is also a professional in the construction industry of over 30 years in Naples. Hailing from Bristol, Tennessee, Randy began his career in the construction industry at the age of 14 under a craftsman in Bristol. He continued learning all aspects of construction while also serving in the military and working his way through school. He received a Structural Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee. In 1979 he relocated to Naples, Florida where he continued working in the industry and obtained his Florida General Contractor’s license. After working on some exciting projects in Naples, in 1996 Randy returned home to Bristol to obtain his GC licenses in Tennessee and Virginia in order to partner with his long time friend, Steve Martin, who owned our sister company H.S. Martin Construction. H.S. Martin has grown to a leader in the construction industry in the Tri-Cities area. Randy again relocates back to Naples in 1997 but continues to travel between Naples and his beloved mountain home. Since then the projects he’s had the opportunity to manage range from large golf course development projects to gulf front estate homes for some of the most reputable construction firms in our country. |
Vicki Richards

CRC1333182 Vicki is a licensed Residential Contractor with over 30 years of experience in the Naples development field specializing in construction accounting, project administration, interior design coordination, owner / board representation, construction defect analysis including photography, best in class reporting and litigation team support. Vicki is originally from Holland, Michigan and has lived and worked in the construction and land development industry in Naples since 1988. Vicki has worked as a licensed Realtor, an office manager, project manager, project coordinator and bookkeeper for some of Naples most prestigious luxury homebuilders and developers. Vicki also has many years of experience in the construction defect litigation field involved in some of Florida’s largest cases where she analyzed, photographed and reported on various building failures. Her creativity in building trial exhibits have provided a winning edge for some of Florida’s most well-known law firms. Combined ExperienceRandy’s time at companies like A. Vernon Allen Builder, Inc., Lotus Construction and Borelli Construction and Vicki with her background working with top Naples companies like Lotus Construction, The Aerial Companies, Forensic Construction Consulting, WCI Communities, Ericksen Communities, have helped them prepare to meet the challenges of building and managing a successful company.
